Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Babysblooms, your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we make returns and exchanges easy.
If You Purchased at Babysblooms.com:
We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.
Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for extended returns through January 31st.
Important Notes:
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging
- Apparel items (such as clothing or hats) must be unworn, unwashed, and have hang tags attached
- 1-Day and 2-Day shipping charges are non-refundable unless delayed by the carrier
- Babysblooms is not responsible for any non-Babysblooms merchandise returned to our facility
- Returns cannot be mailed without prior approval through our online returns process
How to Start Your Return or Exchange:

Follow these easy steps:
- Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email or packing slip)
- Enter your email address, phone number, or shipping ZIP code
- Select the items you wish to return or exchange
- Choose whether you want a refund or an exchange
- Print your prepaid return shipping label and drop off your return at the designated carrier, or select a local drop-off option if available
- Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email confirmation regarding your refund or exchange
Exchange Instructions:
If exchanging, shop with your return credit.
- If the new item costs less, you’ll be refunded the difference
- If the new item costs more, you’ll be prompted to pay the difference at checkout
Important for In-store or Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased Babysblooms products from a retail store or an online marketplace, please return them to the original place of purchase.
If you are unable to return to the store, contact us with proof of purchase for possible exchange options. Products must be unworn, unused, and clean to be eligible.
Note:
Products purchased from third-party marketplaces such as eBay or Poshmark are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty service, as we do not authorize sales through these platforms.
